You may pay for your order online using our Yahoo secure checkout with American Express,
Visa, MasterCard or Discover card or your Paypal account. If you prefer, orders my be placed
by calling toll free 1.877.638.3625 and giving your credit card over the phone. Arrangements
for payment by check is possible, please call or email.
Packaging
Gift cards and gift wrap are available in the checkout. All gift wrapped pieces will be
packaged in a gift paper wrapped jewelry box.
Uniqueness of Items
Please note that due to the unique qualities of the natural materials used, stone size and
color will vary. Also, due to the limitations of color monitors, the color of your piece may vary
from what is shown. One of a kind pieces are first come, and you may find that the one you are
ordering may have already sold and will be noted in the shopping cart.
Shipping and Rush Orders
The shopping cart is only set up to bill for shipping within the United States and U.S. Territories;
international orders will require additional charges.
We make every effort to ship your order quickly. You will receive an email confirmation at the
time of order, and again when your order has been shipped. All orders are usually processed
and entered into production within ten business days. If you need a rush order, please email
or call in your request and we will do our best to fill it.
Please refer to the order number given on your confirmation email in regards to any questions
about your order.
Exchanges/Returns
Due to the unique nature of our items, merchandise may be returned for exchange only within
21 days of receipt. Custom orders and bridesmaid orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
First, please email orders@jbalducci.com or call us at 1.877.638.3625 for shipping address and
authorization number. Then, please return the item by insured mail and packaged carefully IN
A BOX to ensure that it is not damaged in shipment. Sorry, postal shipping and handling
charges are not refundable.
We are happy to repair recently purchased items at no charge. If the damage has resulted
from rough wear or negligence, there may be a materials charge for missing or broken stones
and/or metals. Please email orders@jbalducci.com for mailing instructions.
